Booking Terms
Last updated 10 October 2026.
These terms explain how booking through this website works. The tariff, inclusions and house guidelines for your dates are shared with you on WhatsApp before you pay anything.
Requests and confirmation
Choosing dates on the website sends us a booking request and holds those dates for a short time. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you and the advance, if any, is received.
Availability
The calendar on this website is synced with our other booking channels. On rare occasions two requests can arrive for the same night within the same few hours. If that happens we will tell you at once and offer the nearest alternatives.
Payment, changes and cancellation
The advance, the balance and the cancellation terms that apply to your dates are stated in your confirmation message. Please read them before paying.
During your stay
Namah is a home in an orchard. We ask guests to treat the cottage, the trees and the neighbours with care, and to follow the house guidelines shared at confirmation.
Weather and roads
Snow, rain and road conditions in the mountains are outside anyone's control. We will always share what we know before you travel.
